Arrive in Delhi where we will meet you and escort you to your hotel. Introductory meeting. Spend some hours shopping in Delhi's great bazaars. Fly to Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Udaipur October 12 Visit Monsoon palace and Traditional Crafts Village. Have a class on India's epic history, Mahabharata. Free time in mid-day. Evening visit to King's Palace and sunset cruise on beautiful Lake Pichola. Mantra Meditation session on Lake Pichola island. Visit Jagdish Temple.
October 13 Meditation excursion to the stunning Ranakpur temple. Free time in mid-day. Wonderful evening Rajashtani cultural program.
October 14 Morning Laughter Yoga and Mantra session. Amazing Vegetarian cooking class with highly acclaimed traditional chef. Take evening overnight train to Vrindavan, the mystic town of 5000 temples.
Vrindavan October 15 Morning kirtan chanting session and seminar on “The Yoga Ladder - from stretching to pure love.” Mid-day is free for shopping, reading, or relaxing. Afternoon day trip to the Taj Mahal.
October 16 Morning meditation and kirtan chanting excursion to some of Vrindavan's iconic sites. Evening temple candle ceremony.
October 17 Early morning temple meditation ceremony, continuation of class on “The Yoga Ladder” and time permitting we'll visit a local orphanage school. Take a train to Rishikesh.
Rishikesh October 18 Morning class about Mother Ganges, Mantra meditation session and pranayama on the bank of the Ganges. Free time to relax, explore the town or have a massage. Evening yoga class w/ excellent local teacher(1.5 hours).
October 19 Morning yoga class (1.5 hours). Evening Ayurveda seminar (1.5 hours) “Maintaining good health in a stress filled world”, and attend the Ganga puja ceremony.
October 20 Morning yoga session (1.5 hours). Free time in mid-day. Evening Ayurveda seminar (1.5 hours)
October 21 Meditative hike in the stunning Himalayan foothills. Mountain meditation and pranayama session. Class on India's classic, Ramayan. Evening Mantra chanting and Laughter Yoga session.
October 22 Morning yoga session. Evening Laughter Yoga and Meditation session and class on Ramayan.
October 23 Early morning departure from Rishikesh. Visit the stunning Akshardham complex.
October 24 Check out from hotel is at noon. Airport drop off for your return to your respective countries.
Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be offered every day of the tour.
