Day 1-2
Detailed Itinerary
Kathmandu
Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel. After the orientation meeting, welcome dinner with cultural program. Overnight at Thamel Eco Resort ( D)
Day 2 Morning yoga. After breakfast full days sightseeing tour in Kathmandu (Shyambhu, Pashupatinath or Kapan monastery, Bouddhanath and Patan Durbar square ) and Bhaktapur darbar square, overnight at hotel. (B)
Day 3
Kathmandu - Sybru Bensi
Drive to Sybru Bensi (1462m) by bus 6 - 8 hrs overnight in Lodge.
Day 4
Sybru Bensi - Lama Hotel
Trek to Lama Hotel (2500m) 4-5 hours, overnight in Lodge.
Day 5
Lama Hotel - Langtang Village
Trek to Langtang Village (3307m) 4-5 hours, overnight in Lodge.
Day 6
Langtang Village- Kyanjin Gompa
Excursion day around Kyanjin Gompa, overnight in Lodge.
Day 7
Kyanjin Gompa
Excursion day around Kyanjin Gompa, overnight in Lodge.
Day 8
Kyanjin Gompa - Lama Hotel
Trek back to Lama Hotel 5-6 hours, overnight in Lodge.
Day 9
Lama Hotel - Sebru Bensi
Trek back to Sebru Bensi 4-5 hours, overnight in Lodge.
Day 10
Sebru Bensi - Kathmandu
Drive back to Kathmandu by bus 6 - 8hrs, overnight at Thamel Eco Resort.
Day 11
Kathmandu
Morning yoga. After breakfast transfer to airport for your departure.
