Day 1
Kathmandu – Chitwan National Park
Early morning drive to Royal Chitwan National Park, which is considered as one of the richest wildlife areas in Asia. Covering an area of 1040 square kilometers of tall grassland and thick forests the park has a diverse flora and fauna. The two prized animals of the park are the Royal Bengal Tiger and the Great One-Horned Rhinoceros. Other wildlife includes the Leopard, Gaur, Sloth Bear, Wild Boar, Sambar Deer, Spotted Deer, Marsh Mugger, the rare Gharial and over 400 bird species. Here the spirit of the great explorer-adventurers still lives.
Upon arrival at the Resort, you will be met and briefed by the resident Guest Relations officer regarding the Park and the programs available. Overnight: In a Resort.
Day 2
In National Park
The full day activities include elephant back safari, jungle drive, nature walk, bird watching tours, elephant briefing, Tharu Tribal dances, slides show accompanied by naturalist – all included. Overnight: In a Resort.
Day 3
Chitwan – Kathmandu
After early morning activities and breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu (6 hours approx.) and check into the hotel. Overnight: Hotel.

Trishuli River Rafting
Trishuli River: - The classic river (1 or 2 days) – This favourite of all river trips departs almost every day.
For first time paddlers, a rafting trip on the Trishuli is an experience not to be missed (class 3 to 4+ in high water). Under the care of your expert rafting guide you’ll enjoy the exhilaration of riding the rapids through a panorama of stunning gorges. Rafting/Kayaking on Trishuli River can easily be combined with a visit to Chitwan National Park.

Heritage sites of Kathmandu Valley
If you have one extra day you can visit four of the UNESCO world heritage sites in Kathmandu they are: fantastic Patan Durbar Square from 14th Century, the oldest Buddhist stupas of Swayambhunath and the biggest stupa Bauddhanath and the Hindu temples of Pashupati nath where dead bodies are cremated .
The cultural heritage of the Kathmandu Valley is illustrated by seven groups of monuments and buildings which display the full range of historic and artistic achievements for which the Kathmandu Valley is world famous.

Bungamati & Khokana Villages
The twin villages of Bungamati and Khokana date from the 16th century and are typical ancient Newar Villages. These villages are located south of Kathmandu down a rutty road dotted with chaityas, appropriate for an ancient procession route.
Bungamati exemplifies the true beauty of the living age old Nepali culture and civilization. Walking down the lanes of Bungamati, you will pass through local Newari people busy working intricate designs in wood or stone on their way to creating many more beautiful artifacts keeping their talents running for the future generations to enjoy. Though, small in size, at least 100 people from the village earn their living through wood carving.
